OASIS Mental Health Support is an independent charity governed by a Board of Trustee drawn from the local area and including people with mental health lived experience. We have been providing services in Solihull Borough since 1984 (originally as Solihull Mind), expanding from a single drop-in support service to providing a wide range of practical and therapeutic support services available from our building in Faulkner Road and our horticuture/conservation project in Knowle. OASIS believes that people who have mental health problems have the same rights as any other person; that they should not be disadvantaged or subject to prejudice and should have the right to live an ordinary life in the community with the necessary support to ensure fulfilment and independence.

As a local, user led, organisation OASIS seeks to improve the quality, quantity, and accessibility of services for people with emotional distress. We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem to improve their lives and achieve their goals. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
